Meet Jess Scott, CEO of Oracle Solutions Asbestos Ltd. With over 30 years of experience in all areas of asbestos management, Jess is truly passionate about everything asbestos. His deep expertise and commitment to the mission of Preventing loss of life through asbestos management drive him to develop the best team possible. Jess is an avid reader with a thirst for knowledge, and he actively pushes a culture of continuous learning within his team, ensuring they stay at the top of their game and deliver excellence in every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, Jess has a real love for cars—his childhood dream was to be a racing car driver. There’s no better way for him to unwind than by getting his hands dirty with an engine, making something work, and then enjoying the thrill of driving it. Whether it’s working on a car or hitting the road, Jess finds true relaxation in the mechanics and the drive. He also enjoys spending time with his family, firing up the barbecue, and embracing the simple pleasures of life.

Leigh Claridge

Meet Leigh, our Sales Director at Oracle. Leigh has focused on creating a culture of consultative and collaborative customer engagement, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations. He values a fun, coaching-driven environment that supports his team’s personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Leigh balances his time between following Blackburn Rovers and enjoying countryside walks with his family. Though he once dreamed of being a pilot for free flights to sunny spots, his colour blindness led him down a different path. His guilty pleasure? Crisps!

Luke Potts

Finance Director

Meet Luke Potts, our Finance Director who’s been with Oracle since its inception. Luke oversees all financial operations and leads our internal finance team with precision and dedication.

Outside of work, he’s a passionate runner, tackling everything from 5k park runs to 100-mile ultramarathons, and even multi-day events like the UK coast to coast and the Ring of Fire on Anglesey.

As a kid, Luke dreamed of becoming a fighter pilot with the RAF, drawn by the excitement of the skies. His guilty pleasures? A nice moreish bar of Galaxy chocolate!

Brendan Coleman

Quality and Training Manage

Meet Brendan Coleman, the backbone of quality and technical excellence at Oracle. With 22 years of industry experience, Brendan is a beacon of knowledge in all things training.

Brendan ensures we stay compliant with every UKAS schedule, guidance, and regulation out there while also making sure our team is up to standard and continually striving to improve.

When he’s not perfecting our operations, you’ll find him on the big stage behind his drum kit with his band by his side.

As a child Brendan’s dream was to be a vet, drawn by his love of caring for animals. Today, he channels that same passion into making sure everything at Oracle Solutions runs like clockwork.

Toby Brooks

Sales Advisor

Meet Toby Brooks, our dedicated Sales Advisor at Oracle. Although he joined us only last year, Toby has quickly made his mark by expertly managing accounts and helping our customers navigate the complexity of asbestos compliance. He thrives on ensuring all clients are educated on the importance of keeping their workplace safe and supporting them in understanding how Oracle can help them do just that.

When he’s not on the phone speaking with clients, Toby is busy raising his son and occasionally hitting the golf course. His childhood dream was to become an archaeologist, and this passion was fuelled by his love of the movie Indiana Jones. This appreciation for historic artifacts lingers to this day, which is why his guilty pleasure is watching reruns of Time Team.

Siobhan Towers

Surveying Admin

Meet Siobhan Towers, the heart of our training and account management team at Oracle. Over the last two years, Siobhan has been the entrusted go – to person for our clients, she’s always ready to take on any challenge with a smile. Her understanding ability helps Siobhan thrive in the reactive nature of her role.

Outside of work Siobhan spends most of her free time on the side of the football field, cheering on her son who plays as the star goalkeeper for his team. Although she didn’t fulfil her childhood dream of becoming a vet, driven by her love for animals, she did pursue her passion in a different way with an unforgettable trip to Kenya, where she was able to marvel at lions in their natural habitat.

Now Siobhan enjoys the simpler pleasures of life, such as cozying up with a stash of chocolate with a horror movie for a relaxing duvet day.

Meet Ben James, our dynamic Business Development Manager at Oracle. With six years under his belt, Ben expertly handles existing clients, manages inquiries, and oversees pricing for a range of services, from surveys and training to land contamination and specialist solutions.

His role is a blend of variety and challenge—he thrives on the satisfaction of winning new jobs, finding solutions, and contributing to team development and training.

When he’s not driving our business forward, Ben is hitting the gym, exploring hiking trails, or travelling to new destinations.

As a kid, he dreamed of being a heavyweight champion, driven by a love for competition and personal achievement. Nowadays, his guilty pleasure is a simple yet irresistible one: sandwiches.

Amanda Nichols

Sales Admin

Meet Amanda Nichols, our energetic Sales Administrator at Oracle. For the past ten months, Amanda has been the glue that holds our sales operations together, supporting quotations, managing phone calls and mailboxes, and overseeing air monitoring for surveys. She thrives in her busy, ever-changing role and finds great satisfaction in the teamwork and variety it brings.

Outside the office, Amanda is a devoted mom to three children, organising outdoor activities such as her children’s favourite – Bug Hunting.

Inspired by strong female role models, her childhood dream was simply to be a mom. These days, her guilty pleasures include a relaxing spa day.

Mareks Klein

Operations Admin

Meet Mareks Klein, our versatile Operations Admin at Oracle. For the past nine months, Mareks has been handling everything from contract booking and sorting admin issues to booking hotels, paying parking charges, and coordinating with consultants about their job assignments. Like Arran, Mareks thrives in this dynamic role, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Mareks is a crochet enthusiast, with the latest project being a cowboy boot for his manager, inspired by his manager’s love of country music.

As a child, Mareks dreamed of becoming a postman, inspired by the charming “Postman Pat”. These days, his guilty pleasures include indulging in chocolate and ice cream.

Kieran Clare

Asbestos Management Operations Manager

Meet Kieran Clare, our experienced Operations Manager at Oracle. For the past six years, Kieran has been at the helm, managing both our operations team and site-based staff, and running the works board for scheduling.

His role is crucial in ensuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Kieran spends his time between horse riding and being in the spotlight – dancing.

As a child, Kieran dreamed of becoming a dancer, drawn by a love for performance and being on stage. These days, his focus is on leading our team to success.

Liam Bates

Commercial Manager

Meet Liam Bates, our Commercial Manager at Oracle. With five years of experience, Liam plays a vital role in managing our existing client base, handling service enquiries, providing technical support, and overseeing pricing and account management. His job is a blend of office work and travelling, this usually involves driving to sites to meet with both existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide quality advice.

Liam enjoys spending time with his family and when he’s not with them, you’ll find him in his local pub supporting his favourite teams.

As a child, he aspired to be a famous guitarist in a band, fuelled by his love for all music. These days, his guilty pleasure is indulging in a bit too many scoops of ice cream.

Eloise Slade

Meet Eloise Slade, our dedicated Administrator at Oracle. With two years under her belt, Eloise expertly manages asbestos management plans, oversees account order management, and handles detailed reporting. She thrives on the variety of her role and takes great satisfaction in the meticulous attention to detail it requires.

Outside of work, Eloise enjoys watching crime dramas, with “Criminal Minds” being a particular favourite, which makes sense when you discover that her childhood ambition was to become a forensic scientist, driven by a fascination with DNA profiling.

He allocates daily jobs and maintains daily communication with the lab to ensure we have the samples we need. Josh thrives on the variety his role offers, enjoying the fact that no two days are the same.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated long-distance runner, having coached running for 13 years and competed for Northamptonshire. He even participated in a race with the potential to lead to the world championships.

Aleks spends most of his free time pursuing his passion – mountain hiking and cycling in the day and playing video games in the evening, balancing his adventurous pursuits with a love for gaming.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing cricket, a passion he’s had since he was eight years old. In fact, Mark still plays the sport with his teammates to this day, which adds a touch of nostalgia to his game.

As a child, (if you couldn’t guess already) he aspired to be a professional cricketer. Today, his guilty pleasure is a refreshing Aperol spritz.

Stacey O’Neill

Business Development Director

Meet Stacey, our Business Development Director at Oracle. Though he’s been with us for just two months, Stacey has already made a mark by driving growth and targeting large contracts. His role involves research, cold calling, setting appointments, and building strong client relationships, which he finds both exciting and varied.

Meet Sam Jones, the organisational powerhouse behind Jess Scott at Oracle. For eight years, Sam has expertly managed Jess’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence while also safeguarding our revenue as a skilled credit controller.

Originally dreaming of running a sweetshop or mastering French Polishing, Sam’s path led her to secretarial college—and we’re glad it did! Sam is reliable, hardworking, and essential to our team’s success.

Rees Davies

Managing Director

Meet Rees Davies, the driving force behind Oracle’s removals division. As Managing Director since 2017, Rees brings over twenty years of expertise in asbestos removal, blending top-notch operational leadership with a passion for client relationships. His strategic vision and commitment to quality have fuelled the department’s growth and ensured every project meets rigorous health and safety standards.

With credentials like BOHS P402 and CSCS Skilled Asbestos Inspector/Surveyor, Rees is also dedicated to staff development, championing ongoing training and innovation.

If he weren’t leading the removals division, he’d be on the rugby field—his dream of being a professional player speaks to his drive and determination.

Dan Drage

Business Development Manager

Meet Dan Drage, our go-to expert for driving Oracle’s growth and uncovering new opportunities. Dan specializes in targeting major contracts through research, cold calling, and building strong client relationships. His role is dynamic and ever-changing, which keeps his work both exciting and challenging. With a knack for turning prospects into long-term partners, Dan’s efforts are crucial for our expansion.

Outside the office, he reminisces about his first concert—East 17 at Kettering Leisure Village in 1996.

Daniel Webster

Meet Daniel Webster, our Commercial Manager for the removals and remediation department. With six years at Oracle, Daniel expertly oversees commercial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Outside work, he’s a passionate football fan, cheering on Manchester United and watching his children’s games.

Growing up, Daniel dreamt of being a fireman—who wouldn’t want to be a hero saving lives?

Meet John Heath, the powerhouse behind Oracle’s tenders, frameworks, accreditations, and sales. With 24 years industry experience, John ensures that Oracle stays ahead of the curve and continues to grow.

When he’s not driving business success, you’ll find him on the road, supporting his wife’s Blondie & Kim Wilde tribute act, playing around 50 gigs a year!

As for what he wanted to be when he grew up. He’s still figuring that out. And when it comes to guilty pleasures, John can’t resist indulging in far too much cheese!

Meet Callum McDonald, our Remediation Quality Manager at Oracle Solutions. With extensive experience in asbestos-related environments, Callum ensures our projects meet the highest safety and quality standards. His strategic planning skills are key to enhancing operational effectiveness and making a significant impact on both the company and our clients.

Growing up, Callum dreamed of becoming an architect, drawn to the idea of turning designs into tangible creations.

In his spare time, he enjoys the simple pleasure of watching a good game show, and if he could be on any it would be Takeshi’s Castle—because who doesn’t love a good laugh while tackling obstacles?

Matt McAllister

Asbestos Consultant

Meet Matt, who plays a vital role at Oracle by completing RAMS for jobs, conducting site visits to price and plan works, while also assisting the operations team. His attention to detail and hands-on approach keep projects running smoothly.

When it comes to food, nothing tops his mother’s carbonara, which is why it is his favourite meal. Like most children, Matt aspired to be a star footballer, a sport loved and appreciated in the family.

Christopher Sinclair

Finance Assistant

Meet Chris, our Finance Assistant at Oracle, where he records and processes financial transactions while preparing detailed reports and maintaining organised documentation. With two years at Oracle, Chris has become an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, he loves writing—crafting epic worlds and quirky characters is his jam! Who wouldn’t want to binge-write in pyjamas fuelled by coffee?

As a kid, Chris dreamed of being a woodworking wizard (a carpenter), drawn to the idea of transforming lumber into stunning furniture, all while enjoying the blissful scent of fresh sawdust.

Meet Ellie Worth, who supports the Operations Manager with the admin and coordination of Oracle’s operations. Although she’s not been with us long, Ellie’s already making a positive impact. Outside of work, she keeps herself busy with her own cake business, satisfying her sweet tooth and entrepreneurial spirit.

When Ellie was younger, she wanted to be a vet, which was due to her love for our furry friends. And when it comes to guilty pleasures, she’s all about Nando’s—just as long as it’s lemon and herb, because otherwise the heats too much!

Reece Capel

Meet Reece Capel, one of our Sales Advisors at Oracle, focused on managing existing customer accounts and organising surveys. Reece enjoys helping clients understand asbestos compliance and making workplaces safer. Although he’s not been with Oracle long, he’s already diving in!

Outside of work, Reece spends his time with his family and writing R&B music—he’s got 250 songs under his belt! As a kid, he dreamed of becoming a sports team physio in the hope of working with his favourite football team – Manchester United. His guilty pleasure? Boy band music!
